It was a special stay of my best holidays. My breakfast was sumptuous with many options to choose from. The hotel's location was peaceful close to center.

It had a beautiful location just off Gubalowka and main shopping street Kropowki and the town centre...

The breakfast is plentiful and delicious served with boiled eggs and pork and many options to choose from. The staff are super friendly and deserve a 3-star rating. It is located a short walk to a funicular station and is in a stunning location. There is an outstanding restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from hotel.

The superior apartment I got was complete with a lovely view of the mountains, a beautiful view, a bathroom with spa bath. The location was perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Polana Szymoszkowa Ski Resort.

Well-equipped room, clean bathroom with a jacuzzi. Peaceful and perfect location, in a beautiful residence in traditional style. Also - near the town centre, the main bus and train station, ski slopes and a good restaurant, and Shymashkova.

The room was big and with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff were exceptional, the breakfast I had was tasty. The location was particularly good, not very far from Polana Szymoszkowa Ski Resort.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to historical sites and the vibrant city centre where you can find a variety of restaurants and market stalls. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are incredibly helpful, speaking fluent English. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices, including fresh orange juice. The hotel has a beautiful design, reminiscent of old wooden Zakopane style, and the beds are very comfortable.

The noise levels in the hotel can sometimes be a bit disturbing.

The property was quaint with competent staff in apartment far from receptionist, I loved the stay. The location was perfect and excellent, at a walking distance from Polana Szymoszkowa Ski Resort. Set in excellent area, restaurants and bars were near the hotel. The breakfast was included, it was savoury.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a charming mountain town. The hotel itself was a true gem. the location was fantastic - just a short walk from the town center with its bustling shops and restaurants. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. And lastly, the rooms were cozy and well-appointed, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was flawless.

We liked rooms with spa bath. The breakfast served was savoury, everything you could wish for, with bacon and fresh squeezed orange juice, as example.

Wi-Fi was very poor, very small room, a little disappointed.
